Investigate the Damage
Once the building is safe to enter, JJ Restoration will assess how deep into the structure the damage goes and the extent of cleanup necessary. We also take the time to assess if any belongings are too damaged to save. We do this to ensure we can give you the most realistic picture of the next steps possible.

Demolition and Drying
The next step is to seal off the area and remove any debris or structures that are too damaged to be saved. Then we can begin the demolition and drying process. We take out any structures that cannot be repaired and dry out the area that might be damaged from the water used to extinguish the fire. We do this to prevent any further damage to the space.

Smoke Removal and Cleanup
Smoke and soot removal from fire damage is a critical step as they can create further damage to the structure as well as occupant health. The cleanup process is extensive to ensure that we protect your home from further damage from the initial fire as well as the water damage from extinguishing it.

Restoration and Construction
The final step in our process is to restore the structures that were damaged in the fire or rebuild the structures demolished during our process. Our goal is to bring the space back to its original state as best we can.
